Returns + Exchanges
We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com to let us know which item you will be returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please know that custom and personalized jewelry is non-returnable for the sole reason that it was created just for you, in your size, to your specifications, with your personalization and cannot be resold to someone else.
