We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order—but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging

  • Custom and personalized jewelry is non-returnable, as it is made specifically for you—your size, your specifications, your story

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method

MerCurios is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We reserve the right to deny store credit if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please email us to request a Return Authorization. In your message, include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return or exchange. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization Number, which must be included in or on your return package.
