We ship all orders from New York via USPS. Below is a breakdown of our domestic and international shipping options, estimated delivery times, and important details regarding customs, taxes, and handling.

Standard:
USPS First Class Mail (3–7 business days) — included by default

Upgrades Available:
– USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $10
– USPS Express Mail (1–2 business days): $25

UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request (domestic only).
If you prefer one of these carriers, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll provide a custom shipping quote for your approval prior to shipment.

Please note: Expedited shipping affects delivery speed only and does not shorten processing time for custom orders.

🌍 International Shipping

Standard:
USPS First Class International (6–14 business days on average)

Upgrades Available:
– USPS Registered Mail (adds tracking): $14
– USPS Priority Mail International (6–10 business days): $25
– USPS Express Mail International (3–5 business days): $45

International shipping timelines vary, and some packages may take 21+ days to arrive depending on destination and customs processing.

🧾 Customs, VAT & Import Duties

International customers: Please be aware of your country’s import laws.
Customs fees, VAT, and duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All packages are marked as merchandise with their correct value as required by law — no exceptions.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

MerCurios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered via tracking. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or customs office for assistance.

Orders shipped within New York State will have sales tax automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
