The Corset Ring
A quiet glimpse behind the bench
Not every step is shown, but the intention is there.
This is one of my oldest designs — the Corset Ring — hand-formed, pierced, and shaped one at a time. No two are ever exactly alike.
What you’re seeing
This short video offers a sliver of what goes into shaping the form — the piercing, the folding, the tension built into the curve. It’s not a full tutorial. It’s a feeling.
Structure, strength, and story
This piece has lived in the collection for over 15 years — long before corset-inspired design found its way back into the trend cycle. It was always meant to feel custom — sized to fit, shaped to hold, and worn like armor.
From the studio, through the stories.
This space is an open journal of sorts—where stories, symbols, and small moments gather. Some entries trace the creative process, others reflect on inspiration found in nature, history, or daily life. All are woven with the same intent: to offer a glimpse behind the relics and the meanings they carry.
